Who We Are
We are a Global Methodist Church Community - small but welcoming - made up of all ages with many areas of outreach and ministry in our communities.
We believe in the one true God, the maker of Heaven and Earth, whose Son died and rose again to pay the penalty for our sins, and whose Holy Spirit dwells in us as we have been reconciled to God.
God, in His love for us, provided our salvation through His Son’s death and resurrection.
We are saved by God’s grace, not by what we do.
These ABCs of salvation are how we are reconciled with God as His children:
Admit we have sinned;
Believe that Jesus is who He proclaimed and did what is written in the Holy Bible; and
Confess our belief in God - that Jesus is Lord.
These core beliefs are taken from John 3:16-17, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:9-10, Romans 8:38-39, and Matthew 28:18-20.
The ESV (English Standard Version) is the translation used on our website, and it is also most commonly used in our services but is supplemented by others as well. If you have questions about the translations we use, feel free to reach out to us.
Our mission as part of the Global Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
-
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
-
Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
-
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
