Community Church

Our service starts at 9:30am on Sundays in the Worship Center, or Sanctuary. The order of our service follows a traditional Methodist service including: the entrance of the light of Christ, offering, prayer and praise, children’s time, prayer, music, scripture reading, message given by the pastor, and a closing hymn.
Sunday school starts at 11am or shortly after service ends. We have 3 classes that currently meet. One in the fellowship hall, one in the sanctuary, and the children meet downstairs.
Bible study is held on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. You can join us in the fellowship hall or on Zoom. Please contact us if you need any help joining us online.
We have various ministries and areas to get involved.
The music ministry includes the choir and praise band - who are always looking for willing worshipers to share their talents.
The Methodist Men meet monthly for dinner and fellowship on the 2nd Tuesday.
The Willing Workers meet monthly on the 1st Friday for fellowship and various activities.
On Saturday mornings at 10, an outreach group meets to prepare meals for those in need in one of our Asheboro communities.
More opportunities are available at various times throughout the year!

We are a Global Methodist Church Community - small but welcoming - made up of all ages with many areas of outreach and ministry in our communities.
We believe in the one true God, the maker of Heaven and Earth, whose Son died and rose again to pay the penalty for our sins, and whose Holy Spirit dwells in us as we have been reconciled to God.
We are saved by grace, not by what we do.
These ABCs of salvation are how we are reconciled with God as His children:
Admit we have sinned;
Believe that Jesus is who He proclaimed and did what is written in the Holy Bible; and
Confess our sins and our belief in God.
